Nov. Weight Loss Challenge

This Challenge - is definitely about losing weight but it is also about learning proper mechanisms for you to properly control the calories that you are putting in your face. It is well documented fact Added Sugar is a major contributor to weight gain, systemic inflammation, and massive energetic dips. Adopting a ketogenic diet is a great option but is not the only way. If you assess your current diet and include things like; breads, pastas, rice, fruit juice, alcohol, candy, excess fruit and others like this you will likely find things that you can greatly reduce and still be successful.
Goal Setting - you should set a goal at the beginning of the challenge. This goal is for the month and not necessarily the total amount of weight you might want to lose. This can just be a strong and fun starting place. In the end we will look at pounds lost on a percentage versus starting weight.
The Method - we will weigh in the first week and then the same day every week after that. At the end we will calculate the %Loss. Seven Star Staff will assist you reconstruct your diet. Individuals are that but all can benefit from caloric restriction and added sugar reduction. Choices are what make the difference and with constant encouragement we will help you make good choices.
