Kids will be dropped off at 8:00am. We head off to one of our many local parks for outdoor play and adventure. We return to the Kwoon (gym) by 10:30am for snack (unless we eat at the park). After snack kids will play games and do a Kung Fu lesson. Your kids will have a blast! What is Hero Style Kung Fu? It is a system of confidence, strength and character building Seven Star campers study. We teach our students to do “Everyday Hero Business.” Everyday Hero Business is taking the action steps to be helpful to those around you. Students and Campers also learn verbal push hands, boundary setting, and conflict resolution skills. Skills campers will develop during the include: Cantonese Chinese Verbal Push Hands Chi Kung - Breath Work Striking, Push Hands, Situational Awareness Culture and history of Tibetan Hop Gar Kung Fu Building coordination and strength through exercise and games COVID PROTOCOLS: We safely hosted camps last summer and we are confident in our ability to provide a fun and safe camp experience this summer too! At this time protocols are listed below. If the situation changes we will update protocols. - Masks required for all campers - medical grade HEPA filters running at all times - limited capacity - all camps capped at 25 campers Cancellation Policy Cancellations made in writing at least two weeks before your program start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within two weeks of the program start date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made after the program start date are not eligible for any credit.
